Who owns the home after I enter into an agreement with Aparta?

You still own your share of the home, and Aparta – through an investment fund – becomes a co-owner of the property. Aparta’s share is registered in the land registry. You retain full usage rights to the home for the duration of the agreement and remain responsible for its maintenance.
